FNCE® does not provide attendee lists to exhibitors; however, confirmed FNCE® exhibitors may purchase pre- and/or post-show FNCE® email delivery through InFocus Marketing.
Orders/reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to two (2) email sends per day. Contact InFocus Marketing at Sales@InFocusMarketing.com.
Beware of Housing & Attendee List Scams: FNCE® is aware of companies trying to sell you the FNCE® attendee list or hotel rooms in the FNCE® hotel block. MPMP & CCO Booths
MPMP & CCO booths include the following:
- 6' skirted table
- 8' wide x 4' tall cork board
- Carpet
- 2 chairs
- Wastebasket
- Identification sign
- Note: Electric and Lead Retrieval are not included, but can be ordered separately.
MPMP & CCO Shipping Information:
- Materials will be delivered to your booth by 7am on Monday, October 13th.
- DO NOT ship your items directly to the Convention Center.
- Bring tracking information with you to the Expo Hall to expedite locating your shipment if it is not in your booth by the designated time. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is not responsible for lost shipments.
- CCO & MPMP have the option to hand-carry materials to the show. If you choose to carry your materials to the Expo Hall, please use a small two-wheeled luggage cart or dolly when entering or exiting the building. Four wheeled dollies, hand trucks, or other wheeled carts are NOT permitted.

Exhibitor Badge Registration
CVENT is the official registration company for FNCE® 2025. Click here to login to the Exhibitor CVENT Portal page to register your team for badges.
Each exhibiting company is provided with complimentary allotment of badges based on net square feet of your exhibit booth.
- 100 sq. ft. (10'x10') – 1 Exhibitor Conference & 4 Exhibitor Booth Badges
- 200 sq. ft. (10'x20') – 1 Exhibitor Conference & 6 Exhibitor Booth Badges
- 300-400 sq. ft. – 2 Exhibitor Conference & 8 Exhibitor Booth Badges
